       鉻礦砂Cr Sand AFS 45-55 鑄鋼件面砂是一種非硅質(zhì)的鑄造面砂和型砂。鉻礦砂AFS 45-55的主要成分是天然的鉻鐵礦,伴生有氧化鐵和氧化鋁。經(jīng)過水洗和四遍磁選后,鉻礦砂廠家會控制二氧化硅和泥沙含量,使之更適用于鑄造領(lǐng)域。鑄造用的鉻砂具有燒結(jié)溫度高、防止化學(xué)滲透、熱傳導(dǎo)性能優(yōu)異、遇熱膨脹小的特點。鉻礦砂AFS 45/55(50-100#)主要用于大型厚壁鑄件的面層砂、鑄件易粘砂部分的芯砂、澆注溫度高的鑄鋼件合金鑄鋼件的型砂等方面。

1. 大型厚壁型鑄件鑄造:鉻礦砂配合砂型鑄造、呋喃樹脂自硬砂、水玻璃自硬砂等工藝,用于體積重量大的鑄鐵件和鑄鋼件,可以使鑄件按既定的順序進(jìn)行冷卻,有利于提高鑄件內(nèi)部的緊密度,增強(qiáng)鑄件的強(qiáng)度。此外,對于使用硅砂的工藝,可在容易出現(xiàn)氣孔、脈紋的關(guān)鍵部位,使用鉻礦砂作為面砂代替硅砂,可以有效防止裂紋、氣孔等鑄造缺陷。
2. 消失模鑄造。在消失模鑄造中,選用鉻礦砂,可以防止石英砂鑄造造成的夾砂、粘砂等缺陷。用于制造高鉻鑄鋼、高錳鋼材質(zhì)的閥門、葉輪等鑄件。
