鑄造級(jí)鉻礦砂的應(yīng)用范圍:
1. 大型厚壁型鑄件鑄造:鉻礦砂配合砂型鑄造、呋喃樹(shù)脂自硬砂、水玻璃自硬砂等工藝,用于體積重量大的鑄鐵件和鑄鋼件,可以使鑄件按既定的順序進(jìn)行冷卻,有利于提高鑄件內(nèi)部的緊密度,增強(qiáng)鑄件的強(qiáng)度。此外,對(duì)于使用硅砂的工藝,可在容易出現(xiàn)氣孔、脈紋的關(guān)鍵部位,使用鉻礦砂作為面砂代替硅砂,可以有效防止裂紋、氣孔等鑄造缺陷。2. 消失模鑄造。在消失模鑄造中,選用鉻礦砂,可以防止石英砂鑄造造成的夾砂、粘砂等缺陷。用于制造高鉻鑄鋼、高錳鋼材質(zhì)的閥門(mén)、葉輪等鑄件。
3. 殼型鑄造:鉻礦砂可用于殼型鑄造中復(fù)雜部件的芯砂材料,制作砂芯。用于生產(chǎn)高精度、表面光滑的304,316不銹鋼鑄件和碳鋼精密鑄件等,可以有效防止鑄件內(nèi)腔的粘砂問(wèn)題。

Application:
1.
