Just got my Mate and there are some problems

I picked up my Mate bicycle today at the FedEx facility. The packaging was damaged with several holes and tear marks. The rear fender was broken when I took it out of the box. In general the bike seems to be unfinished and the manual is poorly written Please advise how I can receive a new rear fender. I am including photos.

thank you for sharing your experience. However the best way to manage it is to involve MATE team and ask them for a feedback using their official channels. I hope you will soon solve the issue and I hope to hear you with more feedbacks​.

Sorry for the delayed response. Mate sent replacement parts after I filed online tickets but they never responded to the tickets and never even told me the parts were shipped. Just one day in the mail they were there. The customer service stinks but at least they sent parts.
